2002 PT CRUISER FOG LIGHT QUESTION?

kinda "lame" topic, i know, but was wondering, if anyone know a way to bypass the highbeam/fog light circuit? 2002 pt cruiser, fully loaded dream cruiser. (on my 2002 jeep, there's a relay for the foglights, that has a tab you can simply snap off the relay, and the fog lights remain lit, regardless of high/low beams.) i've tried chasing the wires, and circuits, (in the wiring diagram) and see nothing that looks like a "plug and play" type fix. anyone have any experience with this modification? (i'm aware of the laws, no "legal lectures" please) thanks in advance!!
