1970 Roadrunner Convert 26in Radiator - 07/19/10 08:03 PM

Have 70 Roadrunner Convertible with fresh 440 6 pack. What is the best radiator for the buck for this car.? 3 or 4 row.? Aluminum or repop. I have the origional 956 radiator that needs re-cored. Any advice.?

recore the 956 with a 3 core. It will be fine as long as you are running a clutch fan with a shroud.

That is what I did with my 70 Charger RT(Re-core the 956) Car runs a little warmer than I would prefer. Was possibly thinking aluminum.? Any good ideas.?

Well since it is not a real road runner convert, put in a aluminum one. 956 would work fine on most engines if it is done right.
