I've had a couple. One was from HF and one was sold by Lincoln. Both solar only. They both worked fairly well but
I suggest keeping them dry, charged and/or out of extreme temps. I left one in the sun to charge too long and I think it burned it out. The other one, I got caught in a sudden but brief summer down pour and its dead too. Also, I had them in an unheated garage and in the dark for long periods over the long Nebraska winters. When it got warm enough to "play" again, they took a long time to charge, which is why I left the one out too long. For now I just use one of the large filter lenses sandwiched between two cover lenses clipped between a spring clip that doubles as a handle. Improvise, adapt, and overcome
