6xw is white vinyl interior. M88 is the rear tail panel stainless molding

M88 on a 'Cuda is the rear panel blackout with the trim loop surrounding it.
H6XW is the bucket seat interior in white & black.

Thanks the m88 i just looked at on a car for sale and the seller posted m88 as qtr panel strips and thought i lost my mind my car has the m88 as a cuda would have .the h in the h6xw stumped me thanks.c

My car was allso built there, out of #297 made the 70 year, can you tell me how many were lemon-twist = BOE thanks for the info....

M88 is quarter panel stripe for a later 1970s models something, the guy must have used a generic online decoder. M88 on a 1970 Gran Coupe is different than on a Cuda, online decoders do not catch stuff like that.
The H in H6XW is the price class, High.
There is no way to know how many cars were made in any certain color with the VIN prefix.
I have started to track the colors in the 1970 Hamtramck & LA Registries, but I still have about 6000 car files to go back through & add that data to the databases.
