1963 Dodge Fender Tag

Does anyone know how to decode the second line (alphabetic line) of a Fender Tag on a 63 Dodge Polara. I have read some sources that say it is the number under the A letter, another article said is was the number under the Q letter. I have decoded the last line - I know the car was a V8 - but not the actual engine size.

what is under letter A on you tag that is for the motor code for 1963 for Lynch Road plant

whats under letter Q is the motor code for Hamtramck,Mi plant for 1963
