Dodge/Chry Techs - Oil Change reset - '08 Sebring

Need to go ahead and change the oil in our '08 Sebring. Light 'dinged' with the 'change oil' message. What is the procedure on these cars for resetting the service? Can it be done through the dash, or does a scan tool HAVE to be hooked up?

I don't think you need a scan tool...i am not at work right now ,where i could ask one of the techs.i'am pretty sure that u turn key on to access. press on gas pedal 3 times the turn key off...hope this helps...Alan

If the car has Navigation it's in the nav menu.

On my Charger it I leave it draining for a while it resets itself, must have an oil level sensor somewhere.
