Can you change thrunk extensions with out harming damaging the quarter panels? or will it require some work on quarter and repaint?

If your trunk ext are rotted/there is a high probability your quarters have rot also..

i agree with previous comments but when i repaired the whole belly of my 70 bee, i could not afford to do quarters at the same time. i replaced the trunk pan (2 piece) and the trunk extensions, and the outer wheelhouses without replacing the quarters. i did have to redo the bondo around the wheel opening, as the welding burned away the original bondo.

How could you replace the outer wheel house
structure without removing at least a portion
of the quarter panel?
Did you just replace the outer wheel lip with a patch panel?
