ABS pump runs continuously...HELP! - 09/22/09 08:20 PM

...2001 Dakota, 4 wheel drive, club cab, 318. ABS light and Brake light illuminated, as well.

Module? It seems the pump is working, or it would not be running. Hmmm....need a bit of input.

I tried this post in trucks...to no avail. Gotta get this one figured out...

First get the codes pulled.You are just guessing till you do.Unplug the ABS fuse so the pump dosent burn up.Rocky

There is no code stored or current. I have unplugged the pump.

Stuck ABS pump relay...

Saw dozens of them... Find the relay & tap on it.. If the pump stops you'll know why..
