Torque spec.

My 71 Charger Super-Bee has a cracked driver's side exhaust manifold. When I replace it, what are the torgue specs and are they tightened in a special order?

My book shows 30 ft lbs.Also satart from the center and work out in a couple of passes. Not from one end to the othere.
