Where did all the Dexron II go!??? - 08/25/09 07:43 PM

Oooookay........
I admit its been a while since I played with the old Mope's but long enough for them to do away with Dexron II?
I didn't want to ask the 18 year old kid at the parts store for fear of both of us looking like 1-D 10-T's so I came back home to ask you guys!
Where'd it go and what do I use now???

it should be dexrom mercon III now. Dexron Mercon III supercedes all previous Dexron II specifications...thats what they say anyways.

Wasn't that the oil in cardboard cans? May still have some leaking in my garage.

If it's not an overdrive,you will be better off with Ford type F.

If it's not an overdrive,you will be better off with Ford type F.

why wouldnt F work in an overdrive?
