No holes or studs in drivers side for heat sheild? I remember 6 pack manifolds not having the holes or studs. Could be good..

The right side manifold, top one in the photo is an HP manifold used on B, E & C Body cars from '67 through at least '72.

The drivers side one? He had another that was exactly the same but had bosses for a heat shield. I wasn't too sure about the passenger side one. I thought HP manifolds didn't have the heat riser/ flappy thingy.

The heat riser style would rule out anything past early 1970...

No holes or studs is because it's a 68-69 HP manifold , same used on 383 with and WITHOUT N96 , same for the 440 , and the 440-6 , as stated above the right manifold is a 68-69 B and C body ONLY .

The clocking of the outlet changed for 1970 along with the heat riser valve clocking ... but it's possible some VERY EARLY 1970's got them , but I've never seen one ...

That last statement was to appease the that are for a correction
