Anyone seen factory '70 Superbee red grill stripes?

i asked him to look for the part number...entirely possible it is from a coronet 500. or that they were short on regular grilles and used one of these instead.

i am back! i haven't been able to get a part # without removing the grill...it seems to be hidden. he has another one on his wall i am going to try to look at. i found this ad for a 70 coronet 500 with the stripes...like rug trucker said.

i looked really close to the stripes and they are painted on.

I've never seen anything like that, and I've seen quite a few of those old grills.

Who cares, it look cool and you have a print ad to back it up. Just like the '71 Challenger T/A owners.

Not to change the year but again red in color

I always found this interesting and without an explanation from anyone - I have seen more then a few of these over the years - The horizontal stripe down the middle of 71 charger concealed headlamps - Most are black some gray/silver in color but - Trust me when i say my 71 Superbee concealed headlamps have never been restored - Yes there coded on the broadcast sheet/fender tag but the red in color - Anyways
