Yes, it's a paint code (notice the 999 color code below it) but I don't know what color it is.

I have one here from the same plant, 999 paint with C415 for the color, it appears to be a greenish-turquoise.

I thought C37D was the Dodge code for Petty Blue and that Superbirds were coded 999 when they were Petty Blue.
