72 Cuda Voltage Regulator

I just recently replaced my voltage regulator with a standard CarQuest version. It has solved my problem, however, while shopping for one, I noticed the prices range from $15 t0 over $70. What's the difference between the cheaper ones and the more expensive ones beside "genuine Mopar".
