I don't remember using clips on mine. I believe they had studs in the scoops and fastened with a nut on the inside. Are you talking about the R/T emblems?

Yes there is 2 studs on the scoop towards the rear of the car. The front has metal clips that push into the door. I have read posts that people putting studs on clips and bolting them on.
