We are able to source the rubber mats through ACC, they are not 100% correct in texture and color, but most people have no ideal on what an original rubber mat looks and feels like, but they do offer that look and style of the OEM mats. The originals have a speckled appearance to them where the current ones are a solid color. Four colors are available, but all of the ones that we have sold have been black. Since these mats are custom request, ACC does not allow a return on these pieces. These mats use the same style molds to make them as does the molded carpet. But due to the nature of the material, they do require more effort to get them to conform to the profile of the floor pan.

Tried both links, but didn't see the rubber floor covering. Both sites could benefit from improvement with navigation & parts lists, if I might say so.
Went to ACC's site, and they do mention it vaguely in "flooring material", though not by application when I typed in 68 Road Runner.
The rubber flooring didn't fit all that well from the factory, judging by a '68 RR & a Dart I had decades ago.
But in a way, they were a pretty cool feature for the "this is the really base model" look !

The Auto Custom Carpet, ACC, product list is not listed on the websites. We offer the ACC line as a service to our customer base which is predominately wholesale related. So it is best just to reach out to us concerning product availability.

Most owners of cars that were originally equipped with rubber mats decide to go the route of replacing the rubber mat with carpet. Only the very base model cars were equipped with a rubber mat and even then, it was kind of an oddity. Thus the logic behind the ACC offerings. I am not even sure if you were to contact another ACC vendor like Stock Interiors or Rock Auto if they would even process the order for a rubber mat. We have sold more of them for station wagons than other styles and we do have a number of people wanting ACC to do the cargo area mats for the station wagons.

There were no rubber floor mat for 69 4 speed cars. They all got black carpet supposedly.

I will politely disagree as I owned more than one 4 speed 69 back in the 70's with color keyed carpet. and the standard interior pkg.
May have been an assembly line error or they may have been out of the correct color so it got the black to keep the line moving

I also believe the rubber mat was also standard on the strippers and available in a few colors wink

Ahhh but what model car? Keep in mind a GTX was a high end car, a Dart was advertised as a price buster. It is the Dart that they are referring to.

The OP was asking about 69 swinger and iirc in a swinger with a 4 spd regardless of interior color they were all black carpet but when it comes to the rubber floor mats I'm not sure. Don't recall very many if any and I only saw black.

I owned several 69 4spd swingers with color keyed carpet in the 70's, two I owned for some time were blue on blue (STD) interior/carpet and green with tan(upgraded) interior/ carpet, I also seem to remember one or two with the rubber mat. But it was only 50 years ago so shruggy

Hamtrack says Rubber mat

I remember a post many years ago in which the OP swore that his fathers 65 dart (if I remember correctly) came with an orange 273 from the factory. The car was in his possession and that the motor had never been touched. The post went on for quite a few pages until someone suggested he remove the alternator mount. He came back and sheepishly said the color was clearly RED under the bracket and the motor had evidently faded to an orange color over time.
I was there when the cars were new and bought many in the mid to late 70's for 50-$150.00. Most all ran, some fairly well. I am sad to admit I parted most of them out as the parts were worth more than the cars as a whole. Some had OMG, a rust bubble behind the RR tire. Being in the rust free land of plenty Bay area, that definitely deemed is as a scrapper. Did have one that was pretty crusty. it had lucas headlights and voltage regulator. that was a bit of a curiosity until papers found under the back seat confirmed an officer in the USAF had it over in England had been to for a while. wink

My anecdote is that I have parted out a couple hundred Darts over the last 44 years. Probably close to 100 of them were 69's. I also was a national Mopar show judge for over 25 years and NEVER have I ever seen anything but black carpeting in 4-speed cars! Sure there may be a few thousand I have never seen, but I have seen more than my share of 69 Darts over my lifetime. I know I have seen a document somewhere that says that all 4-speed cars had black carpet... shruggy

Re: 1969 dodge dart rubber floor mat - 12/09/22 06:48 AM

in 1969, the A-body rubber floor covering DID NOT EXIST for the 4-speed's floor "HUMP"

the new for 1969 "cheapest" available 2-door hardtop Dodge Dart was DART SWINGER (LL23) which had rubber floor covering as STANDARD equipment
/6
170 3-speed manual column shift STANDARD, automatic column shift OPTIONAL - all w/rubber mat STANDARD
OPTIONAL 225 3-speed manual column shift & automatic column shift ADDITIONAL OPTION - all w/rubber mat STANDARD
V8
273 3-speed manual column shift STANDARD, automatic column shift OPTIONAL - all w/rubber mat STANDARD (OPTIONAL 4-speed available with BLACK carpet included)
OPTIONAL 318 available, REQUIRED: automatic column shift ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL - all w/rubber mat STANDARD (or ADDITIONAL OPTION 4-speed available with BLACK carpet included)

the new for 1969 "cheapest" available 2-door hardtop performance Dodge Dart was DART SWINGER 340 (LM23)
340 4-speed manual STANDARD with BLACK carpet included, automatic column shift OPTIONAL w/rubber mat STANDARD

ALL other 2-door DARTs had "color-keyed" carpet STANDARD scope
