1968 Charger - What paint color is this Charger

This is a color photo I took of my 1968 Charger in March 1974.
I'm sure it had the original paint.
Back then, I was happy just to have a charger and a hood ornament.

I just snagged a project 68 H code Charger without tag or build sheet
So would like to match the color to my 1st charger.
It had bright blue interior.

Probably impossible to be 100% sure - strong opinions and guess work are welcome.

looks purple, not used on a 68, it could be QQ1 , or a darker of the blues

That was my 1st guess Bright blue - wishful thinking.
My fading memory thinks darker - a medium or dark blue, faded by 6 years exposed to the New England weather.

Assuming that the vinyl top is whiter than what it appears and the wall is whiter than it appears, I color shifted the picture. To me it looks like really faded EE-1.

Based on the color shift, I vote black....

Well, the colors on the chart are darker on my monitor than they are in real life.
The car looks purplish, but that's the way old film deteriorates.
I'd guess it was EE1 - CC1 that year wasn't a regular B-body color, but was for C-bodies.
Definitely not a lighter shade, like QQ1.
Here's my QQ1 car for comparison.

When you do just a little photoshopping on your photos it looks just like 6PakBee stated EE-1 Dark Blue Poly

WOW your hood ornament should have been a little more careful when she jumped onto the hood, poor fender and bumper

EE-1 is my guess as well.

That photo shopped copy... matches my memory to a tee.
My photo lost its true color.. more dull than my memory.

Definately an EE1 - Dark blue poly.
