1970 western sport special 340 challanger

Hi,
Can any body decode this body tag for me. Also does it look like its a legitimate body tag? Car has had a full rebuild to factory specs.
Ive decoded what I can but Im not sure if Ive decoded it correctly?
I have western sport special option
340 with a 727 autotrans, colour blue i think.

Looks like the font used by the L.A. ("E") plant.
Wrong screws and should be painted body color.

A78 would be code for Western Sport Special on 69 Darts. A91 for 70 Challenger.
