Repro Glass. AMD?? OER??

About to purchase new glass for the Demon.
Just for example OER through Classic is $135 each for door glass, AMD from year one is $180.
Are there differences that make the AMD worth more?
Anyone have any side by side comparisons?

yes. ECS is better. you get what you pay for .......... should be ECS ..... they have the best repo glass date coded and better quality .......

Classic sucks. Good luck dealing with them if there is a problem. I bought most glass from AMD and they were prompt and the fit was decent. I avoid Classic like the plague.

try ECS for glass.

Last time I looked ECS didn’t make glass for A bodies, but that may have changed?
I will check and let you guys know.
If not, sounds like AMD is a better choice of the others.

I got ECS glass for my 68 GTS Convert years ago. Overall I am impressed. It did look thinner then the orginal that came out or the last glass I got a long time ago from OEM glass. Optics of glass is very good.

I got glass for my Duster from ECS and wasn't happy. The windshield looks good and it all fits well but all the other glass has an iridescent look to it. I'm going to have the original glass polished.

Are you interested in original glass? I have a complete set of glass from a '72 Duster that might work for you.

I bought a AMD windshield for my car and the quality was terrible. Called amd and explained the issue and they basically told me tough luck and wouldn't replace it.
