2013 Dodge Dart and transmission slipping

The dart has around 140k on it and the tranny is progressively getting worse. There is no way to check the fluid so I sent it to the dealer to have then check and make sure the fluid is good on the transmission. I assume that I will need to replace it since it seems to be getting worse. It used to only slip between 2nd and 3rd and now it seems to be random and more often.

Hold on a second man, can you tell us what the dealer said? What kind of maintenance have you done through your ownership and whats the story on its maintenance life? This could be as simple as a filter and fluid service, it may be a transmission controller or solenoids.....

2013-2015s had transmission recalls.

all maintenance has been done at the dealer. the recall was for a bushing on the tranny which they replaced. I will drop it off again and have them dig deeper. I was hoping someone was a little ahead of me on this one and could give me a glimpse of the future...
