Tuesday, November 4, 1969.
The 4 digits after MN426 (3021j is the 10,000 calendar build date. That’s the date it was assembled. The machining date should be stamped nearby.

What if any are the other numbers with this number. on the oil pan rail.
When was the block cast, side of block Month Day Year.
What are the markings on the front pad near the distributor.
Do you think the block was assemble at Chrysler or do you think if was sold with out being assembled.

Thanks for info Guys!
The visible stampings on the side of the pan rail is B187972.
Cast 5-19-69
WT is stamped on the pad.
This block came out of a -70 Hemi Cuda(BS23R0B194914) that came to Sweden 1975.
I sold the car to a guy in Detroit,MI minus engine around 1996.
This engine will go into a Exports Hemicuda that lost its engine in England around 1974.

So there ia no other numbers or letters on the pan rail below this number. I believe it falls into a 1970 Vehicle. I do not have that serial number written down for a 1971 Hemi E Body, but that does not mean someone might. Barry Washington or Dan Paush on moparts collect 1970 Chrysler information and they might be able to shed more information your way if a 1970 Hemi Built black. To bad you dont have that one number ahead of the serial number you posted. 0B187972 or 1B187972.

It is from a 0B, he mentioned that above.
As far as I know, the matching car still exists, the engine has also been reported before.
Felix, what is the VIN of the car you plan on installing this engine in?

Peter Jordan with Rare Performance Motors in England told me back in 1988 that the original engine for this car was put in the convertible that was sold to Russel Myers,so it´s probably in the US still.
Do you have any information on the car B187972?
Thanks
