better choice of E-body rear springs

I put the total package Hotchkis TVS system on my 340 E-body and I can feel every grain of sand on the road, I like the front suspension but the rear is just too much. I just would like to smooth out the rear suspension, maybe raise it an inch. Who makes a great rear spring that won't transmit everything to my spine? Thanks

Have you tried new shocks?

the shocks come with the setup. only acouple of miles on them. On a track they would be great but in the real world it is tooth jarring.

Believe it or not, I really like Monroe Matics for street driving.

ESPO makes some really nice springs, very happy with my +1 set.

I will try replacing shocks first thanks then springs if I'm still not happen, thanks for the recommendation

Do you have the hotchkis front torsion bars?

They are contributing too. I thought the hotchkis rear spring were not that much more stiff then stock. The torsion bars are more than double stock.

The whole setup is to reduce suspension compliance. It’s all adding up to what you feel.

Wouldn't happen to have that ESPO pn# or ESPO E body application description on the springs you used, I like the rear rake on your ride, sits just right!

Its been at least 10 years, and my only memory is that I ordered the BB/Hemi HD version springs at +1".
That did sit a little too high for my taste, but I have a Dr Diff relocation kit and was able to move to the 2nd hole on the front hanger, lowering it.

Springs haven't settled or sagged over the 10 years

You could try disconnecting the shocks and see how much softer it is while stationary. that would tell you if it's a shock or spring issue. And yes Laura at ESPO is awesome. Wouldn't doubt she could fine the info on BDW's springs

For ride harshness, consider different shocks, as well as your tire PSI.

For ride height, consider changing the front hangers (and maybe the rear hangers, too).

Or, just change the leafs all together.
