Hurst Competition + shifter I.D. help - 03/06/21 04:10 PM

I have an old Hurst competition + shifter that I do not know what it fits, I don't see a part # on it. I got it with a bunch of parts I bought long ago. I would like to figure out so I can sell it to someone who can use it. Anyone here that can help I.D. it? Thanks

My understanding is that the shifter it self is somewhat universal, but the linkage kits are what makes it fit. Are there any numbers on the linkage rods?

Might want to clean it better to see if a stamped number on the housing. Also, the shifter lever may have part number on them to help identify it.

See if you can find a number stamped in the Reverse lever.

Look at the swivels on the linkage rods and google Corvette shift linkage. It looks the same as my father-in-laws 69 Vette

Thanks Sniper, looks like I need to find a S 5621 reverse rod to complete it.

What do you think this is worth 100-125???

Well, since just the install kit is around $250 without the shifter I'd guess it's worth more.
