About 500 pounds if its on your chest under the car and your trying to get it in place.I agree though about 125 to 135.Rocky

The one in my 1974 360 Roadrunner weighs about 135lbs. I just want to know why Chrysler made theirs out of cast iron instead of aluminum like GM.

Ma did make 'em in all-aluminum versions for A- and F-bodies.

I thought only the Muncie M-22(?) trans was all aluminum. The 4-speed in my Dad's '68 was definitely all cast-iron.

So all of them dont scatter all over the street like a GM trans. I dont mind the cast iron, less case flex. I dont use a jack when I put my 833s in. I roll it onto my chest and bench press it in
