Looking for some 5 on 4 to 5 on 4.5 Adapters

Hey all,
I need a couple wheel adapters to go from 5 on 4 to 5 on 4.5. Anyone know where there are some? I can't seem to find any online.

if you can live with really close. 100mm is 0.063" smaller than 4".

100mm to 114.3 wheel adapters

I have had both axles and front hubs redrilled for the pattern I wanted, from 5x4 to 5x4.5
Way safer than adapters also

Moser will plug and redrill axles for $90 pair bargain. IMHO

I have a set taking up space. If you haven't decided on doing something else, I'll send them to you for the cost of shipping from Virginia.  Except for the one shown, what appear to be cracks are just lines in the castings.
