70 RR Manual to Power Brake Conversion - 08/14/20 11:48 PM

Okay groovy rascals. I am sure this is posted somewhere but I cannot find it.

I have manual brakes on car now and will convert sometime in the future, near I hope. Pictured is the brake booster and master cylinder I have now. Can someone tell what brand the booster is? I do have the firewall plate mounted also.

So what other parts do I need to install this?

That set up looks like a product from Speedway and several other vendors, the offset brackets are going to push that assy very close to your battery, IMHO your better off selling that on Ebay or other and buying a more factory style/correct set up available from vendors like DoctorDiff, Pirate Jack, Classic Industries, etc....

No mention of whether your going power drum or power disc/drum. but booster/master set ups are available for both

Here's 2 pics, both 70 B body installs, the master you have vs a factory style dual diaphragm booster, if the size of the aftermarket booster is of no concern, then use it... if originality and space is a concern then the factory firewall mount booster is the better choice
