71 Lynch Road tag

Anyone explain this writing on the fender tag. Car has been parked for 40 yrs don't think it's anything after the orig build.

R prefix VON, so either a 'Public Relations' or an 'Exectutive Lease' car.

If it still has a broadcast sheet, what are the Y codes because those will tell the tale.

That is what it looked like before I cleaned it up. Writing showed up after a good scrub. Where did that tag picture come from, how old>

Yes there was a used up TA in the trunk. Was that an Indy swap meet?
