It's time to finish the Charger

So I have some money coming in and I think it is finally time to finish my 68 Charger (about 15-20K). It is currently a roller that I need to pull the engine out and remove the core support brace because the guy who did the body work didn't verify that the radiator fits. Once that is fixed, align the doors, hood and trunk. I need to put a new interior into it and all the exterior trim either needs fixed, polished, or rechromed. I am capable of any of the mechanical things but I really don't want to put in the windows/do the interior or any of the trim because I suck at cosmetic things. Does anyone in the Rockies specialize in Mopars that wont take a lifetime to finish or have any problems?

The car is green/green and all of the interior pieces are garbage. What are my options? Should I make it all black on the inside or stick with a dark green? All of the small parts need fixed/plated/overhauled. I am planning on a new wiring harness and the only upgrade will be a dakota digital dash with black background and the blue LED's. Wiring will be from Year one. What sayeth the tribe?

Seeing that you intend to "customize" your Charger, do what pleases you in the way of mods/color choices/etc, your the only one that needs to be happy with the results, your best attempting as much work as possible as farming it out will quickly deplete your funds, stalling the completion of your project

True, it will deplete the funds, this car is not original and started life as a 318/auto now is a Hemi/4 speed. I just have never finished a car and when I pulled the windows out of the doors and rear quarters, I was cursing up a storm. I just want it back together so I can drive it and everything like the windshield wipers and dome light works. Thanks for the advice.

If you have the patience to correctly build an engine, that also applies to the interior; that said, it's not common for someone to enjoy both.
If you were closer I could give you a hand as soon as I'm done re-assembling a '68 Road Runner.
Yeah, the side glass is a PITA, but doable.
I think Charger upper interior pads & front armrests and bases are being reproduced now; everything else is available.
Buy the good stuff for the interior.
If the stock gauges are good, that'd save you some money, but maybe they're not.
Personally I'd prefer the green interior, but I like colors, and it's not my car.
Had a triple-green R/T some years back...

The car was a 18K mile original car, the sun is what killed most of the interior...all of the other items just have the basic age issues and dont look or feel that good.

Ok, how about a recommendation for getting my window regulators rebuilt and fresh plating? What should I expect to pay? What sort if lead time is normal?
