Converting a 65 4 door Sat to a 2 door - 05/19/20 03:09 AM
I posted this on another site, opinions on wether to use the 65 car or use all the 65 parts on a 64 Savoy that’s in bad shape. My thoughts are cutting the whole quarters off up to the roof seam, door jambs to tail light off the 64. Not doing this to resale at all, in fact if I know I’m dying I’ll crush it first. Just a [censored] twin to my other 64 Savoy

Been looking at it awhile, the least cutting the better. I’ll do the same

He has taken a 60 Fury 2 door top and put it on a 60 Dodge 4 door bottom and taken a 70 or so fairlane 2 door and spliced it onto a 4 door bottom, if that is what you are asking...

Wish I could have that three door.
I live in St Louis MO. We had two Chrysler assembly plants. Stories of the body line assembly guys putting together three door cars to see if anyone in management would catch them as they went down the line. Supposedly The K cars were the easiest to make into a three door, because they were computer designed.
