BG 625 road demon info ? - 01/22/20 07:28 PM
I have what I think is a 625 road demon but I can't find any proper details on it. Number on the metering block is A12400X, It came in the box with 850 vs on it but I think it's smaller, it's got 58 primary jets, 74 main jets and a 6.5 PV, 1.56, 1.69 butterflies.

The 525 and 625 are the same “size”(1.280 venturi).
The 525 has annular boosters, 625 downleg.
58/74 jetting is stock for the 525.
70/78 jetting is stock for the 625

Well, according to my old Demon catalog...... downleg boosters would be a 625, which “should” have come with 70/78 jets.
The description states that the “Road Demon 625” has downleg primary boosters and annular secondary boosters.
The 525 has annular front and rear.

Can’t see the primary boosters with the choke closed.

Looks like annular boosters front and rear to me...... which would make it a 525.
The 625 has smaller/thinner primary boosters.

I thought annular boosters had small holes in ? Do you think the 525 will be too small for my fairly mild magnum 360 ?

Just try it.
You’ll either like it or you won’t.
The only difference in flow between that and a 625 is the primary boosters.
It looks like it’s a 525 to me, and it sounds like it has the stock jets in it.
