Window regulator springs

I'm missing the two springs on my quarter window regulators (power window, 1970 Charger). The parts book shows different springs for manual (2583549) and power cars (2583723). There are several different part numbers for springs for other models. Really? Are those springs that different? Or can I use a manual spring as a PW spring?

Possibly, but it may affect the speed at which the window moves and possibly put more strain on the motor / gearcase.
