11" rear drum adjusters

I have a set of 11" drums with no adjusters. I have the rebuild hardware that has the adjusters.

Will I be able to use the automatic adjusters?

The major visual difference between the stock non self adjusting and self adjusting is the size of teeth on them, the self adjusting are a lot smaller with a lot more of them on them,I've use the self adjusting on my drag cars with the rest of tat hardware taken off, the smaller teeth make it a little harder to adjust properly to the exact amount of width on the shoes You need to be patient and count the strokes on the brake wrench when turning the adjuster to get them exactly the same on both sides.
You can use a large pair of outside brake calipers to do the adjusting with the brake drums off I do

You can convert the 11" drums from manual adjusters to self adjusters. Just buy all of the self adjuster hardware.
I did that on my 68 Charger a few years ago.
