Does anyone know how to adjust the turn signal canceling cam

On an e-body, mine is out of whack... this is the finger

The "finger" is positioned so the it is in the 9 o'clock position when the steering wheel is installed with the wheels pointed straight ahead

That explains alot, was told to put it at 6:oclock cancels real quick...
