440 Main Bearings

Looking to buy main bearings for a 68 440 and have run into some confusion as to what fits what year. Keep seeing will not fit 3.555/3.675 or will not fit 3.930 flange. I know that they changed the main flange size around 74, but which fits which?

Early, pre 1974 is smaller O.D. flange than the larger ones after 1973
Look at the casting date on your block to make sure what it is

Thanks Cab. My block has a 1967 casting date, so, I'm looking for the smaller flange bearings.
