Classic Industries A body grills? - 10/01/19 03:18 AM

All,
Looking into one of the Dart/Demon grills from Classic.
Has anyone bought one yet?
I believe the ‘71 has been released, and the Duster grills have been out for a while.
How is the fitment/quality?

Thanks!

Wally.

I will say the Duster sharktooth is excellent. Only complaint would be the marker light pigtails are not correct for 71 and the silver paint is slightly darker more blueish than an NOS headlight bezel I have. I bought two new OER headlight bezels anyway and they match the grill color perfect.

That price is steep but I bet the injection mold costs hundreds of thousands of $$$$. In 2000 I worked at a molder that had been around since the 50s. They made automotive grills and tail light assemblies. Did emblems back in the day too. I always wondered how many of the obsolete rusting molds were muscle car era tail light lenses bases and grills.
