Plug wire resistance - 09/30/19 11:30 PM

MSD 8.5 mm wires. Checking resistance across studs in dist to plug connector. Getting 75 ohms to 112 ohms. Five wires are 104 and above. Three wires are 82 and below. Does that seem within reason?

Not sure what they advertise, interesting that yours are differing; does length play into that? heat?
For non-resto/race stuff I think Taylor has among the lowest resistance.

MSD says 50 ohms per foot.

Oh. I didn’t think of length of wire. That probably explains.

I have bigger problems is why I’m looking. #8 intake push rod is bent because it was rubbed nearly in two pieces and bent. When I looked closely most of the are rubbed badly on the guide plate. This is a 5.9 Magnum with a Hughes roller cam and rockers with Indy X heads.
