2011 Chrysler 200 Horn Inop

A friend has an '11 Chrysler 200 and the horn stopped working. I looked in the owner's manual and didn't see a listing for a horn fuse. Any idea which one it is? Are these cars noted for horn issues? I'm concerned about something costly like the clock spring. Any ideas appreciated, thanks.
