Have you looked at Accel's heat range chart and then compared other plug brands heat ranges?

iirc I had some SB ones that were equivelent to a 9 in Champion #'s. What Stump said find their chart. EDIT they are ACCR7ES, & the thread length is SB. The center electrode is just above flush from the outer shell.

I have one in front of me (out of my set of 8) but I cant get the pic to load from my camera to the computer to post it here. it is a yellow insulator Accel plug ACCR7ES. 2 of the porcelean insulator rings are colored grey & it is definitely a long reach (SB) plug.
