Cooler should be there for power steering & 3.55 or lower gears.

As far as the fender tag & screws go, just put them back the way you found them if they had not been altered since no two cars are ever exactly the same to every minute detail.

and....

If converting from manual to power steering, it becomes a custom build, not a restoration.
