1970 AAR Cuda questions - 03/14/19 07:39 PM

A good friend of mine just bought a 70 AAR Cuda from the sister of the original owner . #s matching engine, 727 trans and 8.75 rear end don't know what the gear ratio is yet. Manual steering power disc brakes. Black int, FJ5 paint no vinyl top. Did all AARs come with road lamps his has them and it has the Rallye gauge cluster. Nice solid car he thinks it still has the original exhaust system on it, paint is tired but looks original what is a car like this worth in todays market. It runs and drives very good.

All 1970 Cudas came with road lamps.

All AARs also had power disc brakes with 11" rear drums.

The Rallye cluster was an extra cost option.

If the rear ratio is original, it will be a 3.55 or 3.91

Has he searched the whole car for broadcast sheets yet?

(There is a different section for value related questions also.)

Manual steering was standard in AARs, the only optional steering was power with fast ratio.

Did he look inside both of the bucket seat backs or bench seat backs for broadcast sheets?
