Was the buddy seat with the map holder an available option for a 68 Plymouth GTX or just the plain version?
Thanks

the was no OPTION for "map pocket" VS. "no-pocket"
a 1968 GTX should all be the same way: I'm thinking "no-pocket"
is the map pocket "Center Arm Rest" a Chrysler or C-body ONLY thing

Nope.
If asked about 1968 or 1969 B-bodies, I would say "I do not know."
But I do know that the original buddy seat in my 1970 Sport Satellite has a buddy seat with a map pocket.

Pretty sure my untouched/original/1-owner '68 Charger R/T had one in its buddy seat, but that's a memory from 24 years ago.
On stuff like this, we have to remember how old these cars are now, and that things could have been changed over that time.

My 68 Charger R/T did not have the pocket, and I still have the car
