Hello , was the throttle bracket painted Blue on the assembly line or installed after engine paint ?, thanks Mopart's members for the help.

You might get a better answer from the restoration guys on thier forum 
I think they where on the motors when the motor was painted but I might not know the correct answer for the 1972 cars
