How long after base coat is applied do you shoot the clear coat?
Using Transtar clear coat?

I would look that up. Data sheet / Tech Sheet. Should be easily available on the net.

Can't find anything on the internet or on YouTube
Everything else is available online.

Well...the clear coat window that I recall for PPG and DuPont products, as I recall, was 24 hours,

Just found out 30 minutes after base coat and 10 minutes between clear coat.
Each coat should be dry.

So far looking fantastic.

So many variables temp, humidity, reducer etc. But I've seen it go longer than a day then cleared due to extreme heat.

Holy fisheyes Batman, shouldn't he have found this out last week? Yes Robin, bit some were never in the boy scouts.

Sanded it down, went to a PPG paint store, picked up the correct deltron paint and transtar clear, and painted it in my heated shop. Bought a harbor freight paint gun with air filter, gauge, got some laquor thinner to clean the gun.
Came out awesome and no fisheyes. I'm very happy with the results.
5 coats of clear.

Fish eyes are hard to get if you know what you're doing. And hard to get rid of if ya dunt!
