How do they differ from hardtop/coupe doors?

On e-bodies I think only the stamping for the brass wedges.

A-Body's the glass is different and like said above, the brass catches.

The spring loaded brass piece go on the body of the car in the quarter panel jamb. The door has a plastic wedge held on with 2 screws. The dimples formth screw holes are In every door on B-bodies 66-70.

Even Charger doors have the dimples for the wedges! WINGNUT

On a 68-70 B-body the vent wing window frame is different...

So essentially I could swap vent window frames and add the wedges?

Yes and the glass and the internals. Glass is also convertible only.. Just use the shell and all your old parts.
