Did a 1971 340 cuda have electronic ignition or a point system?

Electronic Ignition was not introduced until approximately 6/1/71, and only on 340 cars with manual transmission.

Automatic transmission 340 cars used a single point distributor.

All other engines used single point, or dual point distributors as originally equipped depending on engine choice.

per a Plymouth PRODUCT INFORMATION BULLETIN dated 5/14/71
