'66 versus '67 Plymouth bumper brackets

Hello All,

Looking for clarification..... Are the front bumper brackets from a '66 Plymouth B-body the same as a '67 version?

Pretty sure there is a difference because of the lights in the 67 bumber. Bolt holes in a different location.
