Hi, wish I could help, I just bought a 78 super coupe myself so I'm new to F bodies. If you have facebook join the "Mopar M, J, F, and R body" Group, or you can Join "For FMJ bodies only" board. The facebook group is the most active and will probably get you an answer and more info quickly once you are a member

It's not very likely to be in the VIN since it was an appearance package. The fender tag probably wouldn't come right out with it either and usually only shows the codes for the options that make up the package.

A21 & A57 are Plymouth Road Runner sales codes, not sure if they are on an '80 fender tag, can you post a picture?

Should be on the fender tag. I don`t know for 1980 but 76-77 was A57 and I found online for 1978 A66 Road Runner Sport Pak Super Pac Volare

were the "square hole" [?] aluminum 14" wheels a part of the roadrunner package ? all years, or just 79 & 80 ? 80 only ?

moparx, Square hole aluminum wheel was not on the 76 or 77 Road Runner. I think they started in 78 or 79. Not sure if the 80 got them. Here is some info I found online. I guess it is alright to copy and paste here.

N95 is California emission equipment, which cost another $254 on to your Volares sold there. Standard engine was the E24 3.7 Litre/225 CID 6 Cyl. 1-BBL, with or without N95, depending on were you lived."

thanks for the reply. up i was wondering about those wheels because many, many moons ago, a night watchman at work bought a new roadrunner, and this thread jogged my old mind to remember his car. i "thought" it was an 80, but could have been a 79. i don't know. anyway, his car had those wheels, and when he bought different ones, he gave those to me. i held [stored them biggrin] on to those for a long time, then sold them, but i can't remember for how much. are they in any demand these days ?

I don`t think they are highly sought after but like anything to right buyer that wants their Volare original it may be worth more to them. It also depends on the condition too. I think the 80 got a steel wagon wheel style rim but my memory ain`t so good anymore.
