1968-70 B Body Square Tach

Hello fellas,
I have an NOS Tach I plan on installing on my 68 Road Runner. Will this work with the Mopar electronic ignition and orange ECU? I have heard conflicting answers.
Any feedback greatly appreciated!

It will work with that setup, where the "TACH" input connects to the negative side of the ignition coil.

The problem is with the"TACH" outputs of CD type Ignition boxes like the MSD where you can't connect to the coil because of how those boxes operate the ignition coil.
