Is this the $9.99 box they had on sale or clearance?

I bought four of them. One us being used on a friends daily driver. All seems good.

I have been using my orange box since 1999 and its on my 63 now as you can see and it works good never missing a beat. My 63 runs 10's using it but I have not used the new ones from Mancini so I cant help you on that. Is this for a mild street car ? Ron
