Is this Radiator hose still available?

I am in need of the factory Mopar upper radiator hose for a 78 Dodge truck with a 360. The part number is 3497274 42095. All of the hoses from the parts stores are nowhere close to the right hose. Is this part number still available from Mopar?

I wouldn't mind having an original lower hose as well. I need the original part number for the lower hose. My dad replaced the lower hose years ago but was unable to find the upper hose.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the info. I looked it up on Rock Auto and that hose looks close but I am not sure if the bends are right.

When I replaced the hoses on my 79 I had no problem getting them but they weren't the ones listed for my truck. The locations of the hose ends never changed so pay attention to the diameter or better yet find an old style parts store that still keeps inventory of stuff like that to choose the exact one you need.

I found both correct hoses at my local Napa store. I should have called them first. The original part number worked at napa and I got the correct upper hose.
